Is this real ice?
The Ice Ribbon at Grand Junction Plaza is synthetic ice produced by Glice Eco-Rinks. Glice employs a sustainable skating technology that requires no water, energy, or carbon emissions. They also participate in a program called Plant for the Planet, a global nonprofit organization for reforestation and climate advocacy. Together with Plant for the Planet, one tree is planted for every Glice sheet.
When are skate sessions?
Skating is available on Thursdays from 4 – 5:30 p.m. and 6 – 7:30 p.m.; Fridays from 4 – 5:30 p.m. and 6 – 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 12 – 1:30 p.m., 2 – 3:30 p.m., 4 – 5:30 p.m., 6 – 7:30 p.m. and 8 – 9:30 p.m. Special hours will be announced for Winter Break.
What does it cost?
For ages 11 and over, the cost is $12 per skate session. For ages 10 and under, the cost is $10 per skate session. This cost includes your skate rental fee; additional processing fees are not included.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?
We operate on a reservation system only; if you do not have tickets when you arrive, you will need to purchase them on your mobile device. Our staff is not equipped to handle on-site ticket sales.
Do you take cash?
We are a cashless facility.

Grand Junction Plaza is located at 225 S. Union Street, Westfield, Indiana. The Ice Ribbon is located on the plaza level of Grand Junction Plaza.
Parking
Where can I park?
Parking is available west of Park Street and Poplar Boulevard in two parking lots and in designated on-street spots on Jersey, Mill, and Park Streets. During Westfield in Lights (December 2nd), a parking shuttle will be available at Christ United Methodist Church.
What are parking fees?
Parking in Westfield is free.
Is there handicapped parking available?
Yes, there is handicapped parking on Mill and Park Streets.
Do you have any special hours?
Please check our Facebook page for special hours and events. We anticipate having extended hours during Westfield Washington Schools Winter Break.
How do I reserve the Ice Ribbon for a birthday party or special event?

Do you offer skating lessons?
We do not offer skating lessons at this time.
