Don’t fumble your chance to witness the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse at Grand Park Sports Campus
Westfield will experience one of the greatest natural phenomena that can occur in our skies - a total solar eclipse - on Monday, April 8, 2024. Totality will happen in Westfield at approximately 3:06 p.m. and will last 3 minutes and 18 seconds.
Westfield will host Solar Eclipse festivities at Grand Park Sports Campus with fun for the entire family from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Attendees can enjoy food and drinks from food trucks, a concert with the 1985 Band, attractions and inflatables, and total darkness from the eclipse. Grand Universe will have viewing telescopes on-site to educate attendees about the solar eclipse and its history. Special guest, Dr. Mark SubbaRao, Director of NASA's Scientific Visualization Studio at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, will also be on-site.
Tickets are only available for pre-purchase and are $100 per standard-size vehicle; eclipse viewing glasses are included in the admission price. You will NOT need an individual ticket per person.
Overnight RV and camper parking will be available for $400 for Sunday to Tuesday; eclipse viewing glasses are included in the admission price. Entry for RV and camper parking will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 7th. All vehicles must be checked out by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9th. No hookups available on-site
There will be no overnight parking available for non-RVs/Campers. Please note, EV charging is not available on-site.
